Hinckley AFC raised £850 from a family fun day today.
Hinckley, who will play in the first division of the Midland Football League this season, held a day which saw a Hinckley legends side which included former Coventry City midfielder Nicky Platnauer beat a Walsall Legends side 5-3 at Heather St Johns FC, which Hinckley will be using for home matches this season.
