Coleshill Town pushed away from Coventry Sphinx following tonight's schedule of Midland Alliance matches.
With Sphinx's game at leader Highgate United postponed due to a waterlogged pitch, Coleshill beat Boldmere St MIchaels 3-0 with goals from Dean Rathbone, Danny Tymon and Ryan Nash to move three points clear of sixth placed Sphinx.
In the only other game to survive the weather, Heather St Johns drew 1-1 with Loughborough.
