City Ladies Search For Assistant Manager

Coventry City Ladies FC are looking to appoint an Assistant Manager/First Team Coach for the coming 2009-10 season in their bid to gain promotion to the Northern Premier League. Coventry City Ladies FC train twice a week (Tuesdays and Thursdays) and play on Sunday afternoons, the appointed applicant would be expected to attend and deliver training sessions on both nights, and accompany the team to matches on Sundays.


The appointed applicant:

  • Will hold, or be working towards, the UEFA B licence football coaching qualification
  • Will have had at least a season's experience working in female football
  • Will enjoy working as part of a team of coaches
  • Will be ambitious and innovative
  • Is willing to take responsibility for their own, the team's and player's development

Whilst the role is unpaid, Coventry City Ladies FC are committed to developing their coaches, and will finance their education and cover expenses on a periodical basis to be agreed.
