Coventry Blaze drew 2-2 tonight at Hull Stingrays in a Challenge Cup Group B game.
Craig Thirston put Hull ahead on 8.26, assisted by Derek Campbell and Jason Silverthorn and on 36.07, Jereme Tendler hit a second for the home side, assisted by Frantisek Bakrlik and Matthew Davies.
The Blaze fought back in the third period and on 47.28, Matic Kralj pulled one back, assisted by Jon Weaver and then on 54.02, Shea Guthrie levelled, assisted by Kralj and Fussey.
Tomorrow night at 6pm, the Blaze are at home to Dundee Stars.
