Blaze Beaten In Over-Time

Coventry Blaze Ice Hockey team were beaten 2-1 in over-time by Hull Stingrays tonight.

In an Elite League match shown live by Premier Sports, those watching around the world and those at the Sky Dome saw the Blaze take the lead on 21.04, assisted by James Griffin.

Hull replied with a powerplay goal through Jerome Tendler on 43.39 to send the game into four on four over-time.

The Blaze lost Ryan Ginand due to a bench minor for too many players on the ice with 4.30 to go in over-time.  

Blaze battled but Matt Davies struck with 2.51 left to condemn Coventry to a defeat.
