Warwickshire County Cricket Club were thwarted by rain on the opening day of their three day friendly against Durham University's Cricketing Centre Of Excellence.
A much changed Warwickshire side batted first at Durham University and had Tony Forst make a half century with Johnson adding twenty two.
No other batsman made it into double figures before rain stopped play with the score on 103-5.
