Coventry City went out of the FA Cup with an embarrassing 4-0 defeat at Cambridge United that had City supporters demanding Mark Venus gets out of the club.

Cambridge were ahead in the 7th minute when Maris crossed and Luke Berry got the slightest of touches to score.

It was two in the 28th minute when Berry went down and got up to score the resulting penalty.

The City fans fumed and Mark Venus, whose playing players out of position in the first half caused more problems than it solved, was left under no doubt that he would be better off severing all ties with Coventry City.

That anger continued when Berry completed his hat-trick in the 37th minute with a low shot into the bottom of the net.

Chris McCann and Kyel Reid Came on for the second half and although City were better in midfield, they continued to have no threat in front of goal.

In the 86th minute, Berry completed a great day when he is finished smartly to score his fourth goal and send City to a 4-0 defeat.
