Coventry City midfielder Jack Finch has said that you know what to expect with Steven Pressley.
Finch, who has been watched by the City manager both at U18 and U21 level, signed a two year professional contract yesterday and told Nick Connoll about the City boss: "The manager is the same with you no matter what game he is watching. He's no softer when it comes to an Under 18s or Under 21s game than he is with a first team game and that helps.
"You know what to expect when you come into training with the first team. His standards are always the same but he also helps you and gives you alot of tips which is helping me grow as a player.
