Wilson Scoops City Awards

‎Coventry City hosted their annual end of season awards evening.
 
At the Urban Village Resort in Canley, a smaller venue than usual for this occasion, saw ‎ the players minus David Prutton, Dylan McGeough, Danny Seaborne and John Fleck were introduced by John Dalziel.
After the meal came the awards, ‎which started with a speech by Jim Brown on behalf of the Former Players Association to remember the anniversary of the 1964 team.
 
Following a signed standee of Steven Pressley raising £300, ‎the awards took place
The award winners were as follows:
 
Michelle Ridley Award: Andy Harvey, Karen Bennett, Lynn Maculey,‎ Pam Hindson and Lorraine Mulvey
Community Player Of The Year - ‎ Conor Thomas
 
Young Player Of The Season (chosen by the management team)-  Conor Thomas presented by Steven Pressley
 
Trainer Of The Season - ‎John Fleck   presented Neil Macfarlane, winner gets two FA Cup Final tickets and a night in London.
 
Top Goal Scorer - Callum Wilson presented by ‎Steve Williams. 
 
Player's Player Of The Season: Callum Wilson‎
Goal Of The Season - ‎  Franck Moussa versus Preston. Moussa was also second and third.  Presented by Laura Smith representing the Family Zone.
 
Player Of The Season‎ as voted as users of club website.  Callum Wilson      Presented by Pat Raybould on behalf of the Family Zone
