Williamson In Charge For City's Trip to Bristol City

The currently appointed referee for Coventry City's Championship game at Bristol City is Iain Williamson.

The Berkshire based official first qualified for a referee aged 15 and is head of sales for a company within the financial sector.

The former Walton & Hersham player was appointed to the National List of Assistant Referees in 1999 and the Referees' List in 2002.

He has had seven matches so far this season, showing 27 yellow cards. His last game was Bournemouth's 3-0 victory over Dagenham.

His last City game was the 1-1 home draw with Derby County on October 25th 2008. Other matches were the 2-1 home victory against Ipswich on December 29th 2007, a 1-0 home win against Leeds on September 16th 2006, the 3-0 defeat at West Ham on April 9th 2005, the 3-0 home win against Crewe on January 8th 2005, the 2-1 defeat at Cardiff on August 10th 2004 and the 2-0 home win against Derby on February 28th 2004,
