Coventry City manager Andy Thorn tonight denied any knowledge of interest from Swindon Town in Cody McDonald.

Rumours had been floating round the internet over the last couple of days, that McDonald who joined City from Norwich in August for a fee in the region of £500,000, had not settled in at the club and was wanted by the League Two club.

When asked about this by BBC Coventry & Warwickshire's Geoff Foster, Thorn denied any knowledge of this and said he had just come off the pitch.

However, Steve Waggot is handling the transfering of players in and out and would be aware of any official interest in City player before Thorn were to hear about it.
