Coventry City Manager Andy Thorn has said that this season is not over yet.

Speaking to Sky Blue Player at the club's weekly press conference, Thorn said: "Everyone really disappointed with Tuesday night obviously but we got in this morning, spoke to the boys about importance of last two games and its not over yet.

"We'll keep fighting and hold our heads up high and give supporters everything on Saturday.

"We knew things had to be done because of finances but that has come at a cost on the pitch. That being said there have been positives with the young players coming through and all of us will be stronger because of this experience.

"The season isn't over yet though. I'm not talking about being in another division next season, I'm still talking about this season.

"We all need to pull in the same direction and if everyone works together the club will be stronger and will be successful.

"Plus's from the season so far are the boys that have come through and grown up from this. We will be stronger for it no doubt but we also need to be proactive

"I've been proud of the way the young boys have responded. They've been fantastic, they've had to learn quickly but they are good players now and they are the foundations and future of the club.

: "What happened last summer can't happen again. I've spoken to Tim Fisher and Steve Waggott and they are of the same opinion."
