Swindon And Shrewsbury Here We Come

Coventry City will face trips to Swindon Town and Shrewsbury Town in League One next season after the pair earned promotion from League Two.

Swindon went up with a 5-0 win over Port Vale whilst Shrewsbury joined them with a 1-0 win over Dagenham & Redbridge with a goal from Coventry born James Collins.

Crawley who lost 3-0 at home to Hereford are contesting the third automatic play-off spot along with Torquay United who drew 1-1 with Crewe.

Also in the play-offs places are Southend United, Cheltenham and Crewe.

Local derby for next season looks to be Walsall after they secured their place in League One with a 1-1 draw against fith placed Huddersfield.

Wycombe, who were beaten 4-3 at home by Notts County for whom Dele Adebola scored, dropped out of League One, along with Exeter who lost 4-1 at Carlisle, Chesterfield and Rochdale.

Charlton are already into the Championship as Champions, whilst Sheffield Wednesday stayed second with a 2-1 win at Brentford. The Owls are a point clear of Sheffield United who drew 2-2 with sixth placed Stevanage and ten points clear of fourth placed MK Dons.
