According to a tweet by Coventry City supporter and radio broadcaster Richard Keys, owners SISU want to liquidate the club.
Keys, who is of the opinion that SISU will not sell to Gary Hoffman, has tweeted; "If they liquidate, we go out of business - out of the league. "This is serious.
"There's 3 or 4 mill assets left and they want it."
