The court case in Birmingham which will see a battle between Coventry City owners SISU and The Alan Edward Higgs Charity is expected to last three days.

SISU top boss Joy Seppala, much to the disappointment of those trying to get a photograph of her, is not expected to attend the case which starts on April 1st and centres on the Charity claiming £29,000 in costs accrued through negotiations with SISU over them buying their share of the Ricoh Arena.

SISU are countering this claim with a claim of their own worth £290,000.
