Coventry City's owners SISU Capital Limited are in court tomorrow.
Legal representatives working for SISU want Coventry City Council officials to given them documents which they feel are pertinent to the Judicial Review which takes place in Birmingham on June 10th.
The case is to be heard at the High Court in London tomorrow
