Coventry City defender Jordan Clarke says that City's relegation to League One has hit him hard.
Speaking to the CT's Andy Turner, Clarke said: “This has hit me very hard, hit me in the heart – I live in this city and I’ve got to live with the fact that my club is going down.
“You never want to be in this situation and it’s come along sooner rather than later.
“We always work hard and we’ve shown this season that we can play good football but we’ve missed too many chances and that means any mistakes at the other end get highlighted.
“We’re all so disappointed it has come down to this but we’ll go down to Southampton and give it our best shot.”
