Quirke Makes His Ireland U21's Debut

Coventry City young keeper Michael Quirke made his debut for the Republic Of Ireland U21's in a 2-0 defeat in Portugal tonight as a substitute.

Quirke was a half-time substitution for Noel King's side which was down to ten men for the last ten minutes of the match when having used all their seven alloted substitutes, Richie Towell was stretchered off
