PSB Group: CCFC Let Down By All Sides

Last updated : 04 August 2016 By PSB Group
As a new football season is upon us we couldn't be any more uninspired, deflated and let down by our owners SISU and our very own Coventry City Council.

We haven't got time to be going into the list of mistakes SISU have made since taking over the helm at CCFC. Very bad mismanagement.

A Complete disregard to fans and poor tactics from top to bottom pretty much covers it.

One bitter pill that is the hardest to swallow is being completely disregarded as a club and also as a fan base by our own City's Council like we are just worthless and unneeded now. It almost feels like our Council's attitude is 'we have a top flight Rugby club in Wasps now so who cares or needs CCFC?

We care and so should you. The CCFC fans and the City of Coventry need the club.

Are Coventry City Council the only City Council in the whole of England that doesn't realize the value of having its own football club at the heart of its community?

You can sit there in your little board meetings laughing about your pointless victories over SISU as much as you want, but the only people you have beaten are your own people. The fans are the only real victims in this.

Where were you thoughts for the people that love and support CCFC In all of this? Don't any of our thoughts count?
Where was your thoughts for the City of Coventry?
Does history not mean anything to you?

We are Coventry City football club and this is the City of Coventry after all.

SISU will come and eventually go (thank god) but what happens when they do go? What have you as a council done to help protect the long term future of your own football club for when that day does arrive?

You have done nothing but endanger the long term future of CCFC whilst doing all you can to secure the long term future of a London franchise, Wasps.

You, along with SISU, are destroying CCFC.

You have failed your own City and your own people for what? A victory over a hedge fund group that will be gone sooner rather than later. Well done. Hang your heads in shame because this damage is irreversible.

We feel sorry for the young up and coming generation that have never experienced the good years of being a CCFC fan. How can growing up watching your football club and your own City Council fight like kids week in, week out fill you with any excitement?
It's pathetic and a crying shame. We expect nothing but disappointment from SISU but from our very own City Council it's a disgrace.

What's even worse and equally as pathetic is the fact that City Councilor Kevin Maton is gloating on social media about the rise of Wasps and the downfall of CCFC. What a sad insensitive deluded moronic mindset to have. Who needs enemies hey.

SISU, our advice to you would be simple. Either build this new ground that you have spoken about for years or put the club up for sale, preferably the latter. We of course don't believe there was ever going to be a new ground.

You very evidently will not back Tony Mowbray with funds to build a squad capable of promotion. Your football knowledge is non existent, In fact its actually dangerous.

We have no stadium!
Possibly no academy soon!
No star players!
No ambition!
What is your plan B?
More money wasting court cases?

You have failed as football club owners and must admit to yourselves that this was the worst business idea possible. You have lost your childish war with the council and failed in all your court cases to date.

The Ricoh has gone to Wasps as will the Alan Higgs centre.

Now do the decent thing for the long suffering loyal fans that have had to witness this shambolic running of a once proud football club!

Put what ever is left of this football club up for sale.
