Coventry City manager Steven Pressley has said that he expects Callum Wilson to be a Sky Blues player next season.

There has already been speculation linking Wilson with moves away and a firm statement from Tim Fisher saying that Wilson was not for sale and at this afternoon's press conference, City manager Steven pressley told the Coventry Telegraph's Andy Turner:  “Of course I expect him to be here next year. I have had conversations with the owner regarding his position and we’re truly determined to keep him here.

“He’s going to be pivotal if we are to mount a challenge next year. He has shown what he is capable of and I think there’s more to come from him, so we have to keep our best players in the building.

“I would expect there to be interest and offers on him. But offers are one thing and meeting our expectation is another."
