Coventry Police have tweeted that they will be travelling to Reading FC to review cctv footage regarding any offences that come to light following a couple of incidents during and after Coventry City's 2-0 defeat at the Madejski Stadium on Saturday.
The police have also said that only a small minority of City fans out of the 1300 who travelled were involved.
