October Date For Court Of Appeal To Decide On SISU JR Appeal

The Court Of Appeal will decide from October 10-31st if SISU can appeal the decision of the Judicial Review.

Mr Justice Hickinbottom found in favour of Coventry City Council when the Review was heard in June and SISU have applied for leave to appeal.
