Liz Cooper, the Marketing Director of the Ricoh Arena has said that the snooker players competing in the Champion of Champions Finals weekend at the Ricoh Arena are not going to be affected by noise from Coventry City's FA Cup First Round tie against Worcester City which is going on the same weekend.

Cooper said in a press statement:  “We have never experienced noise bleed from the pitch to the Jaguar Hall and we have held a number of events at the same time as football.

“We often have multiple events both indoor and outside in the stadium bowl - a good example of this was when we staged the Davis Cup in April 2013 and Coventry City played Brentford.

“There are no real logistical or operational difficulties, the Ricoh Arena is a multipurpose venue its rare we only have one event taking place at one time.”
