No Reason Why Calum Should Not Return

Doctors have said that there is no reason why Calum Davenport should not return to playing football.

Recovering from being stabbed in the legs which left him with a fifteen inch scar, the former Coventry City defender sold to Tottenham to ensure that the Sky Blues made a bank payment, Davenport was at West Ham's training ground this week and has begun some very light training.

Reports say that Davenport 'has to overcome is the extensive scar tissue that has built up after surgeons were forced to cut through muscles to repair an artery in his left thigh'.
