Former Coventry City keeper Dimi Konstantopoulos has been given a new contract by Middlesbrough FC.

The Greek keeper has made twelve starts for the Championship club, keeping five clean sheets and been offered a new deal.

“We’ve been speaking with Dimi and the contract is done,” said head coach Aitor Karanka to the Gazette

“Dimi will be with us next season. “He is very happy here, he is playing very well, I am very happy with him, the goalkeeping coach is very happy with him - we are both happy with him.”
