Mowbray: We Are Working On The Other End Of The Pitch

Last updated : 20 March 2016 By CNS Staff

Coventry City manager Tony Mowbray has admitted that his side has problems up front

"We were defensively fine today but I think the other end of the pitch is where we have to keep trying to work on it,” Mowbray said to Laura Hunter.

“We have to try and find the right balance. We will be without Adam for the next few games, which will give us an opportunity to have a look at someone else, and see if we can find a combination that can change our fortunes in front of goal. But at the end of the day we need end product from our footballers. A cross in the box, we can have a shot a goal from, or score a goal from.

“Darius has been training really well and he’s scoring goals for fun on the training ground and his opportunity will come. Whether it be starting in a game, or getting a half-hour here and there."
