Mowbray -Pressley's Return Doesn't Add Anything For Me

Coventry City manager Tony Mowbray has said that Steven Pressley returning to the Ricoh Arena with Fleetwood Town does not anything to the game for him.

Speaking at this lunch-time's press conference, Mowbray said: "Pressley returning doesn't add anything for me, but I fully understand a former manager coming back and having his team fired up. He has put together a nice team.

“I watched them against Rochdale, dominated possession and lost.

“They had 62 per cent of possession so they are a decent side with some strength up front in Shola Ameobi.

“They are a decent team. Maybe they have been gelling together this season. I read Steven said he felt he’d got his best team now and he’ll be hopeful he’s got enough to stay out of the bottom four.

“There are no easy games and they’ll be fighting hard like everyone else.

I am sure Fleetwood will be coming here all guns blazing and ready to go again.

“Ameobi has assets, 6ft 3/4 and fantastic personality. We have to be aware of his prowess and restrict his opportunities. You have game plans to deal with these things but he’s not their only talented player.”
