Mowbray - We Will Continue To Work On How We Play

Coventry City manager Tony Mowbray has said that he will concentrate on how his team plays rather than worrying about the threat that will be posed for former City striker Leon Clarke and his Bury team mates on Saturday.

Speaking to the Coventry Telegraph at this afternoon's press conference, Mowbray said: "You have to prepare for their attacking threat and individuals but also prepare your own players to be a threat for them. We will continue to work on how we play and hope that is enough to give us the edge to take the three points.

“We got done by a free-kick at Bury and it’s a silly trap to fall into. We controlled for long spells but couldn’t get a result.

”I think sometimes when you lose matches you have to go and grind a result out but I wouldn’t like to play the way we did at Port Vale every week.

“The way I am I like to play with the ball and give the opposition problems. But last week we needed to make sure we didn’t lose."
