Mowbray - Any More Than One Mistake And You Are Out

Coventry City manager Tony Mowbray has said that his players will be allowed one mistake but any more and they could dropped from the team.

Speaking to the Coventry Telegraph's Andy Turner, Mowbray said: “My philosophy has always been you are allowed to make one mistake. A goalie is allowed to throw one in that he would be disappointed and we would all be disappointed with but he can’t throw two, three or four in. You have to take him out of the team.

“It’s the same with defenders. You are patient and understand to a certain extent and then there comes a time when it has to change. But, of course, you have to have replacements who you think can do the job as well.
