Speaking to the CT, Morrison said: "I agree with everything the gaffer has said about us. "If you look at a team like West Brom who have been up and down and done it in this league for ages, they are consistent.
"They went to Middlesbrough on Saturday and beat them 5-0. "We beat Sheffield United last week but they will be up there this season because they are good at what they do.
"When we have got our best team out I still believe we are a match for anyone in this division but we just let our standards slip sometimes and get too complacent thinking we are going to go up the table now.
"But it is not like that. "You have got to be nailed on, week in week out or we will just stay in this league being a top 10 or 11 side which we don't want to do because we want to go to that big league where the best football is.
"And that's what the gaffer said to us after the game."
