At least four more members of Coventry City's first team squad were told that they can leave the club, in addition to the departures of Richard Wood, Stephen Elliott, Nathan Cameron, Jordan Stewart and Danny Philliskirk, Shaun Jeffers, Josh Ruffles, Joe Henderson and Will Roberts.

The quartet of well known players, all of whom have played at least once for the first team since Steve Pressley was appointed, have been told that they are not part of the manager's plans and can find new clubs.

The players, under contract, do have the option of staying at the Sky Blues if they do not receive a better offer from another club unless City pay off their remaining contracts and talks are understood to be still on-going with the players representatives.
