Former Coventry City manager Mark Robins is being coy over his interest in City defender Cyrus Christie.

Robins has watched Christie this season at Sixfields and had scouts casting an eye over the Coventry born defender who is out of contract on June 30th at a number of games.

However, speaking to Mel Booth of the Huddersfield Daily Examiner, Mark Robins said: "Obviously I know Cyrus well from Coventry, and he is a good player who has done well down there.

“But we are going to be linked with all kinds of players at this time of year, and I’m not going to discuss any deals until they are done and dusted."
