The announced crowd of 12,054 for Coventry City's home game with Crystal Palace was the lowest ever league crowd since the Sky Blues moved into the Ricoh Arena in August 2005.
It beat the attendance for the Doncaster Rovers game last season of 12,292.
The crowd was City's lowest league gate since 2004.
