Coventry City under 21's visit the King Power Stadium to take in Leicester City under 21's tonight.

Coventry City team: Dunn, Phillips, Kilbane, Daniels, Willis, Malaga, Connor Henderson, Lobjoit, O'Donovan, Barton, Jeffers. Subs: Pegg, Burge, Henderson, Roberts, Maund.

Leon Lobjoit is on trial for the Sky Blues.

Referee tonight is James Thornhill.

Kick off is at 7:00 pm

Leicester have former player Alan Birchinal handing out programmes from last season and a dvd to the kids.

It is raining heavily at the King Power Stadium tonight.

Former City youngster Jacob Blythe is in the Leicester City line up.

The teams are on the pitch.

 Steve Ogrizovic and Gregor Rioch are helping Lee Carsley with the team.

The referee starts the match.

42 seconds, Leicester win their first corner.

Lobjoit is playing on the left side of the midfield for Coventry.

3. Harry Panayiotou sends in a curler into the arms of Dunn.

5. Jak McCourt has a 20 yard shot but it flies wide of Dunn's goal.

7. Arron Phillips, son of David Phillips, gets to the byline but his cross goes over the bar for a Leicester goal kick.

9. GOAL: Jeffers crosses from the right and Billy Daniels is there to bundle the ball into the net to make it Leicester City U21's  0 Coventry City U21's 1.

Lobjoit has moved into the central midfield with Barton going wide on the left as Coventry play a 4-5-1 formation.

15. Transfer listed Kevin Malaga heads away a Pearson cross from the right.

Daniels put in a great ball into the mixer which Sesau has to hack away.

A crowd of about 500 are watching the game, a handful of which are Sky Blues fans.

20. O'Donovan appeals for a penalty after a handball by Maduako which comes to nothing apart from a bemused look by O'Donovan to assistant referee on the Main Stand side.

23. Daniels fires a shot over the bar from 30 yards.

Leon Lobjoit is a 17 year old defensive midfielder from Bletchley, Milton Keynes who is a trainee with the MK Dons.

24. Leicester attack through Jones who passes the ball to Panayiotou who fires his shot wide from 20 yards.

26. Jeffers takes a knock winning a free kick. He is back on his feet after receiving treatment. Henderson takes the free kick which is sliced away for a Coventry corner.

28. Good work by Lobjoit who plays in Henderson, but he fires his shot wide.

The rain continues to fall as Jones fires at Dunn with a 32nd minute effort.

33. Connor Henderson curls a 25 yard free kick not far wide of Smith's right hand post.

34. Leicester  free kick dealt with by Lobjoit before he was fouled.

38. Michael Cain shot at Dunn and then Malaga clears over his own bar for a Leicester corner.

45. HALF TIME; Leicester City U21's 0  Coventry City U21's 1 (Daniels)

 The second half is underway. There have been no changes made.

47. Coventry win a free kick on the edge of the area after O'Donovan was tripped.

Henderson's free kick hits team mate Jeffers, but goes out for a corner.

Coventry are attacking the end nearest to the away end at the KP Stadium in the second half.

Good perseverance by Daniels sees him feed O'Donovan, but he is flagged for offside by the assistant on the far side.

55. GOAL.Henderson crosses from the left and O'Donovan loses his marker to score from six yards.

Substutution Will Roberts is on. Leon Lobjoit is the man replaced. Leicester also make a change.

58. Jeffers has a right footed shot from 18 yards but hits the post.

61. Kilbane sends in the ball from the left but O'Donovan fires his shot wide from eight yards.

63, Cain fires over the bar from 23 yards.

65. GOAL. It is now 3-0 to Coventry. Connor Henderson this time gets on the score sheet with a low daisy cutter of a shot from 20 yards that easily beats the keeper.

69. Goal, Leicester pull one back to make it 1-3 with a goal from their substitute Lois Greenway-Tambini.

Panayiotou is becoming a real threat to Coventry who should be six goals up in this game.

Maduako heads wide from 72nd minute corner.

74. Leicester make another substitution. It is former Coventry youngster Jacob Blythe who leaves the pitch.

76, Leicester free kick on the edge of the area is blocked by the wall and is cleared by Kilbane.

 With ten minutes to go, O'Donovan heads over the bar.

81. Substitution for Coventry, goalscorer Billy Daniels is replaced by Joe Henderson.

84. Leicester corner is cleared upfield. Sesay pumps the ball back forward for Maduako to head over.

Lee carsley has just announced he wants to make their third subsitution.

87. GOAL. Leicester pull another one back to make it 2-3. Harry Panayiotou taps in after a goalmouth scramble.

88. Substitution. Kilbane is replaced by Pegg.

89. Dunn catches a Cain cross.

Now into stoppage time. 

Deep into stoppage time and both Henderson and Malaga  make important headed clearances. Pegg has a clash of heads with the Leicester number 6 so Coventry are now down to 10 men for the final seconds.

The referee ends the game.
