Coventry kid Danny Nardiello has been called up for Wales. The Sky Blues supporting striker currently playing for Barnsley follows in the footsteps of his father Donata who made his Wales debut some twenty five days after his City first team league debut.

Danny is selected could play in the matches against New Zealand at Wrexham and the Czech Republic in Cardiff.

There is no place in John Toshack's squad for former Sky Blue Richard Duffy.
