Coventry City's owners SISU Capital will be back in court on July 7th for their latest battle against Coventry City Council.
SISU are going to the Court Of Appeal in London to try and get the Judicial Review decision over-turned and a date of July 7th has been set for the hearing.
This will not resolve issues between SISU and Coventry City Council as SISU have issued a separate judicial review application over the loan terms for the Ricoh Arena between ACL and Coventry City Council.
