It's Do Or Die - Murphy

Coventry City keeper Joe Murphy has admitted that it is do or die for the Sky Blues in their remaining games, against Millwall tonight, already relegated Doncaster Rovers and away to Southampton who still are not certain of automatic promotion.

“It’s do or die now,” said Murphy to the CT’s Alan Poole, “but we know what we’ve got to do to pull out of it.

“We have to win our next two home games and if we need a result at Southampton on the last day of the season then so be it.

“We’ve got to give it one last push and hope that will be enough.

"And if we do manage to get out of it I suppose it will be one of the greatest escapes this club has had because we have been down there for a long time and it has been tough.

“It would be a miracle if we did manage to stay up and rebuild for next year – that would make it a brilliant season, absolutely outstanding.
