Coventry City Supporters Club Irish Branch are bringing over record numbers for Saturday's FA Cup tie against Chelsea.

Some twenty nine CCSCIB members will be at the Sixth Round game which kicks off at 12.30pm on Saturday and members have attended all the City games this season.

Said CCSCIB Secretary Sean O'Brien: "Interest in the Chelsea game is unprecendented and I believe we may have the largest travelling supporters from CCSCIB members.

"We are all absolutely looking forward to the trip and a good few are on a day trip from Dublin leaving at 6.30am and returning from Birmingham at 7.30pm.

"We had a few nervous moments about getting the tickets but thanks to two of our members everything was sorted.

"The atmosphere at the Ricoh should be electric and if we get a win that would be a bonus."

The Coventry City Supporters Irish Supporters Club will be back in Coventry in numbers for the final home game of the season against Watford where they will have their annual Player Of The Year Presentation.
