I'm Going To Have To Fight For A Place - Clingan

Coventry City midfielder Sammy Clingan admits that with Oliver Norwood in on loan, that he is going to have to fight for a place in midfield. 

Speaking to the CT’s Andy Turner, Clingan said: “I played 90 minutes for Northern Ireland last week and it’s nice to be back in a Coventry shirt. 

“There is nice competition in midfield and that can only be good for the club. 

"The manager has brought Olly Norwood in and he’s done extremely well and

I’ve had to sit on the bench, but I’m experienced enough to know that I’ve got to keep my head down and keep working hard in training to force my way into the manager’s plans again.”
