Hendo Plays For England U21 Again

Former Coventry City loanee Jordan Henderson played for Stuart Pearce's England U21 in their Euro 2011 Qualifier against Lithuania.

In a game at Colchester United in front of a crowd of 7,240, which England needed to win and then two out of five other results to go their way, the first half was goal-less.

Arsenal's Jack Wilshere was thrown on for the second half and it was all England with Danny Wellbeck scoring in the 61st minute and Marc Albrighton adding a second in the 79th minute. In stopage time, Danny Wellbeck, hit a third to give England a 3-0 victory. 

Former Sky Blue Jack Cork was a 77th minute substitute replacing former City youngster Danny Sturridge.
