After Coventry City's 3-0 defeat at Leicester City, Adrian Heath said: "This is the worst we have played. "It was a terrible start from us, we did not get out of the blocks and the game was lost within the first half hour.

"There were no tea cups thrown but there were a few harsh words in our dressing room at half-time when I said the usual things - that the players should play for their pride and win their individual battles. "They did that in the second half but it is easy to do that when you are 3-0 down.

Speaking about the impending arrival of Iain Dowie, Heath added: It was a sombre drive over here but no-one from the Board has said anything to me,so I carry on and assume I'm taking the training tomorrow.

"I've had three good years here and enjoyed a good relationship with the players.

"The fans will just have to keep believing. I don't know how they do it sometimes with what they have to go through but they have to keep believing."
