Gunnarsson Plays For Iceland

Aron Gunnarsson started for Iceland tonight in their Euro 2012 qualifier in Denmark tonight.



The Coventry City midfielder played the whole ninety minutes for his country in the 2-1 defeat to Norway on Friday night and in his 20th cap, played the whole game again in Iceland's 1-0 defeat to Denmark.

Kahlenberg got the only goal of the game in stoppage time.

A good number of City supporters were in Basel to see England beat Switzerland 3-1 whilst Robbie Keane scored for the Republic Of Ireland in a 3-1 win over Andorra.
