The staff were told at a meeting on Monday afternoon that they must apply for their jobs and that there will be some redundancies under a shake-up proposed by Ray Ranson.
The club has a wage bill of £1m a month and the new owners are looking at ways to get this reduced, as well as ways of working with Arena Coventry Limited to establish a new partnership which hopefully should see the Sky Blues getting some benefit from every pound spent at the Arena beit for a match or an event.
