Eastwood - Blinking First Would Expose Wasps Group To Significant Potential Risks.

Wasps CEO Nick Eastwood has said to BBC Coventry & Warwickhire that if he was to blink and be involved in a deal to keep Coventry City at the Ricoh Arena, that if he was to do that, it would expose the Wasps Group to significant potential risks.

Mr Eastwood, who needs to be highly wary of upsetting people in Coventry, who use the Ricoh Arena for a variety of things, said:“If we were to try and do something from our side of the fence, that might lead me in my position to expose the Wasps Group to significant potential risks. “It’s not a case of wanting to do it, it’s case of being able to do it. I think I would be failing in my statutory duties."
