Marlon Devonish is calling out Coventry City for his fitness services.

The 33-year-old Coventry Godiva Olympic sprint relay gold medalist finished sixth with a time of 20.85secs in the mens 200m at IAAF/VTB Bank World Athletics in Thessaloniki, Greece, this evening.

Jamaica's double world 100m/200m world record holder Usain Bolt rounded off his barnstorming season winning easily and smashing the championship record in 19.68secs.

Devonish exclusively told Covsupport of his desire to work with his favourite hometown football club and reckons he can help them improve their match fitness: "I'm more than willing to help out the club especially now my season is over," said Devonish, who's father Desmond was a sprinter for his native Barbados.

"I've made enquiries but unfortunately no one has got to me. I still have the desire to help them out because I believe I can make a difference with their fitness. I'm all up for it, all I want is someone at Cov City to get in touch with me."
