Nathan Delfouseo has been released by Aston Villa.
Delfounseo failed to impress Villa boss Paul Lambert who allowed him to join Coventry City on loan for the latter part of the season and it comes as no surprise that Defounseo who only made four appearances for Villa has not been offered a new deal when his current one expires on June 30th.
There had been suggestions that City might be interested in Delfounseo but whether he would come down to the sort of wages City will be paying from what he was on at Aston Villa remain to be seen.
