Coventry City striker Dele Adebola has admitted that his fitness levels have never been higher.
The striker who scored twice against Barnsley on Saturday told Sky Blues World: "I can't remember when I've felt better. "Last season I went on a little run of scoring goals but I didn't feel this fit - I've played three games in a week and could have easily done another 45 minutes!
"Iain (Dowie) has been a breath of fresh air. Whether you're playing or not, he treats everybody exactly the same, giving us the utmost respect and we have responded to that.
"We have a nice break now but I'm sure the manager will want to us focussed on the next game. It's all about the tempo of the game and you get back what you put in during the preparation."
