Peter Knatchbull-Hugessen has said that the chances of Coventry City's owners SISU buying the share in Arena Coventry Limited owned by the Alan Edward Higgs Charity looks unlikely.

The Higgs Charity have valued the share sold to them by those running Coventry City in 2004 at £6.5m in their latest set of accounts.

However, when asked about SISU getting this share which has been one of the downfalls of the club ever since, Mr  Knatchbull-Hugessen told the Coventry Telegraph's Simon Gilbert: The charity has always said that in an ideal world the football club would be the owners of the Ricoh.

“(Joy) Seppala, (Mark) Labovitch and the owners - whoever they are - have said they are not interested in purchasing our shares and she’s not interested in renting. So that doesn’t look likely.

“It is unfortunate they want to continue behaving absurdly.”
