Corrie Star Fancies Being The Sky Blues Chairman

City fan is Soap Star
Coronation Street actor Graeme Hawley has admitted to an ambition of wanting to be Chairman of Coventry City FC.

The 35 year old Coventry born actor plays John Stape in the soap and speaking to the Daily Record, admitted his ambition.

He said:  "I play a bit of piano but went to see Super Furry Animals and they've inspired me now. I bought a hat like singer Gruff Rhys.

"I told my wife I'm going to give it all up and form a band like the Super Furry Animals. "She's quite used to it. Every couple of weeks I come out with some idea of world domination. I've gone through most things.

"Another thing I wanted to do by the time I was 40 I would be chairman of Coventry City and we'd have won the European Cup."
