Coleman Sets Sixty Points Target

Coventry City manager Chris Coleman has set his side a target of sixty points.

City have 47 points going into tomorrow's home game with Doncaster Rovers and know that at least two more wins should be enough to ensure another season in the Championship.

"We finished with 52 last year and scraped through so we need to get 60 plus, which is possible," said Chris Coleman to the CT.

"Who knows if we get a run together with four wins and a couple of draws, it changes your season. "We are capable of doing that but we must not get sucked in at the other end.

"If we finish top-half, having made it to the quarter finals of the FA Cup as well, that's a good season for us from where we were.

"One win and we can change two or three places, so this is an important game for us.

"It is up to us - we can either do what we did last year, albeit maybe not slugging it out as much, or go bang, bang - six points can change your life.

"We have got to get back to the way we were, being hard to beat and having a bit of an edge and really exciting going forward.

"Let's get back on the horse, get back-to-back wins and then we can stop looking over our shoulder and see how high we can finish. It is in our hands."
